At Ntswemebwo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully.

1. General Policy

You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU and German consumer protection laws. All requests must be made via email to support@ntswemebwo.com. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

2. Eligible Products

  • Health products (teas, supplements, etc.): For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used products cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed products may be eligible for a return or exchange.

  • Fitness wear: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened teas, supplements, or consumable products

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Any item not in its original condition

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are generally borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products. To request an exchange, email support@ntswemebwo.com with your order number and details of the item.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged product, contact us immediately at support@ntswemebwo.com We may request photos of the product for verification. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. International Orders

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or sent in error. Customs or import fees are not refundable.
